Welcome to DandY my name is Jaime I offer a friendly, reliable and professional range of pet services including dog walking, pet sitting, dog taxi and small animal services.
I have named my business after my two dogs Dexta and Yuki. Animals have always been a huge part of my life from a very young age, family pets to having my own also having a background in farming naturally I love the countryside and fresh air, therefore I have decided to follow my passion and start my own Dog walking & Pet sitting business.
I am registered with NARPS UK (the National Association of Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers) which is a National body setup in response to the number of professional dog walkers and pet sitter to ensure that strick codes of practice were established and adhered to.
I have also completed a Canine First Aid Course at Writtle college, DBS checked and hold Public Liability Insurance these can be viewed upon request.

Services and Pricing
Below are the services which I provide, if there is anything not listed below I am happy to discuss your needs when we have the consultation.
Dog Walking
DandY offers both Individual and group walks I will collect, walk, then return home, clean, happy and exercised. All dogs need to be up to date with vaccinations and not display any signs of aggression especially if you opt for the group walks. Dogs will always be walked on lead unless off lead is preferred and agreed at time of consultation I will also ask if you have a preffered route for your dog.
Individual Walk 30 min £10.00 plus £5.00 for additional dog
1 Hour £15.00 plus £7.00 for additional dog
Group walk 1 Hour £12.00 plus £6.00 for additional dogs from the same owner at the same address.
Puppy & Elderly Pop In Services
For puppies and eldery dogs visits in the comfort of their own home I can call in twice a day for 30 mins to break up the day for your puppy/elderly dog so you have the peace of mind that they are being regularly check. I can tidy away any wet pads, fill water bowls and feed if needed and let your elderly dog/puppy out in the garden for some fresh air and play time.
30 mins £10.00 plus £5.00 for additional dog
Outside normal working hours including weekends £15.00
Home Pet Visits
For cats, kittens, rabbits, guinea pigs or other small caged animals I will be on hand for daily visits to ensure they are well stocked with water, food and lots of attention. I will also undertake reasonable home safety tasks as agreed, for instance tidying away mail, opening and closing of curtains, putting out bins, switching lights on/off these services whether it is a daily visit whilst you work or holiday I will be on hand to help.
Home Visit 30 mins Visit £10.00 Weekdays
30 mins Visit £15.00 Weekends
Prices includes up to 3 pets, please add £2.00 per additional pet.
Pet Taxi & Vet Taxi Service
I can help with trips to the Vet, moving house or anywhere your pet need to be transported to. Journeys in the Chelmsford area will be from £15.00 within a 5 mile radius, additional cost apply outside this area please contact me for a quote.
All services will incur an additional charge for Bank Holidays/Easter Sunday/Christmas Day/Boxing Day, please enquire.
